*Spoiler Alert*

I'm not a big angel book lover fan, but this one was done very well. It had some interesting history and layout of heaven that I found different from other Angel books. The existence of angels on earth living amongst us has always been questioned. Ms. Ross gives us an amazing take and theory on how the Angels do their jobs on earth and why.

What I liked:
-Great world building- I really got lost in the mythos and background of the dynamics of Heaven and Earth.

-The Characters- David- a rogue Angel who roams the earth healing humans, and Tessa- a human girl who lived after a horrific event takes her family's lives. Both characters are really nice and seem to just want to help people in the world. Always helps if they fall for each other in a really good way, right?

-The plot- David loves to use his powers of healing on unsuspecting humans, and in healing Tessa, he goes too far. Now, both are being hunted by the bounty hunters of heaven and some unsavory `angels' up there, don't have their best interest in mind.

-The secondary characters: Nico- he was insane to the brain but stole every scene he was in with ease. Tessa's BFF Morgan was hysterical and down to earth. They really added flavor to the story and I hope there will be more of both in book 2.

What I didn't like:
-The ending, it was left wide open for the next book, which I just pray will get here soon. (please, please, please)

-The way Tessa gets to heaven. Didn't sound too pleasant and it made me cringe.

-Nico's complete and utter apathy- Like when he discards his supposed true love so easily, without a thought. Does the man have no heart? *Shudders*

Pretty cool right?

I can't wait for book 2, need to know what happens next in this battle of higher beings.

I found Sarah Ross' work through a friend of mine on Facebook, and I must say, I have not been disappointed yet! Her books are well written, completely engaging, and keeps you sucked in until the end! Echo of an Earth Angel is one of my favorite books and I would highly recommend this book to everyone! I can't wait for the next book to come out! I'll be first in line (online, of course lol) to get it! If you want to read a captivating story about characters that you can easily fall in love with, then this one is for you!
I like books on Angels so I was drawn to the subject. The reading was enjoyable and i plan on getting the follow-up books in the series when they are released. The book put a different slant on Angels and I will be interested to she how she resolves the good trumps evil. Not sure where she is going with this, but I will go along for the ride. I like that it isn't a cookie-cutter of other angel books. But I always like happy endings so my hope is at the end of the series that questions will be answered and it has a happy ending.
How would you react if your parents die and you get shot? We get to follow Tessa as she makes this journey along with her friend Morgan.
I enjoyed reading this book. The problems and fears that Tessa has as she recovers from being shot. Trying to figure out if she belongs in her old life or not. Then we have David, an angel that has fled Heaven and is being chased by Hunters. He healed Tessa so she would live, but in his efforts he over does it and gives her special powers. Now, along with David, she is being chased by the Hunter. What would you do?
This was a fallen angel plot that was surprising and awakening. The free will angle of the angels humanized them but let them keep their other worldly allure. Tessa is dealing with an overload of tragedy and she just pushes through following her head and her heart. She has a determination that is the spirit of this generations youth. She stands by her convictions like David and leads with compassion. The loyalty of the characters in the story will hopefully continue throughout the trilogy. Sarah Ross keeps the pace steady and unfolds the characters in a way unlike other Paranormal authors. I look forward to exploring this world of intertwining heaven and earth and see how the main themes of love, loyalty, friendship and conviction burst from each book and each page.
Oh My God! This story started off with a bang and you'd better believe me that I was deeply entranced and could hardly put the book down !!! Tess and David fell madly in love. Then Morgan and Tess were such true friends and sexy Andre had fallen for Morgan....It was unbelievable and intense, but I loved the bit that both David and Andre were angels! I JUST COULDN'T PUT THE BOOK DOWN! I IMMEDIATELY ORDERED THE REST OF THE TRILOGY AND I AM SOOO EXCITED TO GET MY MY KINDLE RECHARGED!!!!!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET THIS WONDERFUL TRILOGY ASAP!!!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!
My favotire part of this book, is how Sarah Ross has intertwined love and self-sacrifice and friendship. The friendship of Morgan and Tessa is amazing. Morgan, stays with her best friend, while she was in a coma for a year. After Tessa came out of the coma, Morgan than moves in with her. You learn of Tessa's Tragic day, that lead up to her being in a coma. You will learn about David and how his endearing love for tessa is so great, that he will be willing to give up everything to keep her safe. How and why he was with her from the moment she got hurt (trying not to give to much away)!

This book is such a beautiful, sweet and a little sad story. There is no way you can not like it!

I love how Sarah Ross, has made these Characters, be normal teenagers with behavior, speech and actions. Morgan being funny and witty. While Tessa being reserve and timid, but shows strength and intelligence.
Which in turned made this story more enticing and believable! Sure their were a few unbelievable things (like the Ezekiel and her access to the train accident). However, that is what puts the twist and turns of this story together.

I really enjoyed this book and I am looking very forward to reading more!

What I didnt like about this book. The way it ENDED!!!! Shame on you Sarah Ross, for putting me through that turmoil! I had to eat a whole bag of butterfinger bites to take the edgy off! What a cliffhanger.
